This somatic workshop is designed to be simple, accessible, and welcoming to all. No prior experience needed. It’s an invitation to pause, listen deeply to your body, and rediscover the quiet wisdom within.
Join Sara for an experiential journey exploring how posture, sensation, and awareness shape the way we move through life. Through guided practices, you’ll begin to notice subtle shifts, build embodied awareness, and leave with practical tools you can return to again and again.
The body holds an incredible capacity for healing. When we learn to tune in and work with it, rather than against it, we open the door to greater ease, resilience, and balance.
In this workshop, you’ll be guided through gentle, experiential exercises inspired by Somatic Experiencing (SE), a body-based approach developed by Peter Levine to support healing from stress and trauma.
Come as you are, and leave feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.
Join Sara to learn:
3 somatic skills to listen to your body and calm your mind.
What interoception is, how to cultivate it, and how it creates an opening for a calm mind.
This workshop will be experiential and conversational. No experience needed, just an open mind and curiosity. Please bring your own mug for tea. $45 by April 15. $50 after April 15. Click link below to register via wellness living.
I will be holding a one hour webinar online to share my personal and professional experience with SE (Somatic Experiencing). The webinar is open to anyone. Therapists, Bodyworkers, SE Practitioners, Students, other Healthcare Professionals and anyone with interest in this subject. Learn about my experience and from my experience: the tools necessary to self regulate, and to be fully present in your life. Pre-Registration Required.

The pelvis holds memory of the body's experience in a very primal way. That held sensation influences our ongoing experience on physical, emotional and energetic levels, often causing us to maintain patterns that are a source of pain. By exploring the pelvis, we can discover ways to release long-held sensations, recognize the roots of our emotional and physical patterns and shift our energies towards healing rather than surviving. If you want to find the wisdom in reconnecting with sensations in the body, please join us for this workshop.
This workshop will explore:
• Practice movement designed to balance pelvis.
• Practice diaphragmatic and pelvic floor breathing to promote strength, elasticity, and support.
• Learn the psychophysiological, emotional relationship between mouth, jaw and pelvis.
• Learn somatic based practices including: exercises focusing on musculature of the jaw, pelvis, and sacrum.
