Integrating a body-oriented approach called SE (Somatic Experiencing), with talk therapy, I guide people through challenges they want to work with.

Somatic healing workshops and retreats are geared for anyone interested in learning healing practices and skills to manage stress and regulate your nervous system.
PROFESSIONAL TRAININGS
In-Person and Online Yoga Teacher Trainings, Somatic Healing Workshops, Continuing Education (CE) for Health Care Professionals, Mental Health Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselors. My trauma-informed professional trainings are lecture and experiential. For therapists, medical and other healthcare professionals, yoga teachers or anyone interested in an educational training on Somatic Healing Practices.
CLINICAL SUPERVISION
In-Person and Online Individual and Group Supervision. Master's Level and above including clinicians on track to achieve NJ LCSW, LCADC License credentials.
SE STUDENTS
I am approved as a Personal Session Provider for students enrolled in SEI Professional Training Program at Beginning and Intermediate Levels.
